The purpose of the project will be to: Recycle unused and unwanted goods Offer young people retail experience Make available house hold items and clothes at cheap prices Provide an income for the Youth Centre There is also an opportunity to run a cafe alongside the second hand shop if enough volunteers are recruited.

Young women and girls are having a Glow – with our dance fitness and make up bar project. They are enjoying wearing neon face and body paint so they glow in the dark while they dance and afterwards experimenting with make up.

The Youth Centre will be having its usual vegetable stall at the next Farmers Market on Saturday May 18th, come and support your local Youth Centre by buying freash seasonal veg from us.

Members of Motiv8 and their youth workers are celebrating after getting a High Sheriffs Award presented at a ceremony hosted by Carol Vorderman. The award was presented by the outgoing High Sheriff Dr Andrew Harter CBE, to Joy Sennitt and Roy Seymour, ambassadors of Stretham Youth Centre.
